Abstract
Let f(z) be a nonlinear meromorphic function in the complex plane satisfying Ni(r,1/f) = S(r, f), and c be any nonzero complex number. Then we have T(r, f) <
11{N(r, f) +N(r, 1/f'-c} + S(r, f), where N1(r, 1/f) denotes the counting function of the simple zeros of the function f(z).
